it possesses the high hardness, excellent flexibility and scratch resistance performance.

Logo Structure: first layer -- protective film

                second layer -- ultra hard flexible glass material 

                third layer --  silk printing, UV transfer printing, PVD

                fourth layer -- adhesive

                fifth layer -- release paper, plastic paper

Technology

• material cutting--harden surface coating, sticking protective film)
• printing-- adjust ink, printing, baking--need to do adhesion test for the ink
• sticking adhesive, changing the background base film
• punching according to the specified size
