PW, PWF water pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal sewage pump. Pump suction entrance is axial horizontal direction, pump outlet can be installed into a horizontal or vertical direction as required. It is mainly composed of pump cover, pump casing, impeller, seal, shaft, bracket and other components. The seal is a novel double-end mechanical seal structure, the pump and motor  are mounted on a common chassis, directly driven by the motor through flexible coupling. The pump has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, stable operation, reliable performance, convenient maintenance.

Working conditions

This kind of pump is mainly used for the transmission of city sewage, manure or liquid containing fiber. As paper and other solid particles medium, usually the conveying medium temperature is not higher than 80 degrees C.

As the transmitted medium contains easy winding fiber material, it requires that the pump flow path is uneasy to block, once the path is blocked it will make the pump can’t work normally, even burned the motor, to cause the poor sewage, as well as serious influence to the city life and environmental protection. Therefore, the anti-blocking and reliability are the keys of good and bad for the pumps.

Main usage

PW common type sewage pump can transport water containing, suspended solid particles, long fiber materials and wastewater in daily life. The pump body material is qualified cast iron, and the medium temperature will not exceed 80 degrees C..

PWF type corrosion resistant sewage pump can deliver the acidic, alkaline or other corrosive water, are widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection, sewage treatment and other industries. The pump body and flow components are with material of SS304, medium temperature will not be higher than 100 degree C.
