The hot dipped galvanized steel water tank is defers to the GB code 92SS177 manufactured new type water tank. The manufacture and the installment of tank have no influence of the construction. There are not needed the welding apparatus, the surface is hot dipped galvanize antiseptic treatment. It's artistic durable, prevents two times pollution to water quality and it beneficial to human health. The water tank meets the construction product standardization, the serration and the factorization request. 

1. Material 

The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x 4' or 1 meter x 1 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 4.0mm thickness according to 

requirement.

2. Flanges 

The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.

3. Reinforcement Method 

All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported 

by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.

4. Accessories

1. Bolt. nut & washers stainless steel 304 material.

2. Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.

3. Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement.

4.  Ladders and Level Indicator 

Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.
