Product Description

Corn flakes/breakfast cereals are a kind of breakfast with high nutritional value. They usually use corn powder and other cereals as main raw material, through mixing, extruding, flaking, drying, baking, coating and cooling, to get crispy flakes. It always service as breakfast cereal mixed with milk of coffee. But it can also be a kind of leisure snacks. This process line can also make other shapes of cereals such as rings, balls, chocos, curls etc.

Application

The processing line is used for producing fried bugles, rice crust, pellets, chips, fried snacks and so on.

Product shapes  Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart

 shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder.

Equipments are made of stainless steel and the screw is made of alloy steel and special craft, which guarantee the using time longer.

Feeding Hopper uses Two grades mixing design which allows high feed speed and also avoid any block in raw materials.
Radiating Windows design ensure the thermal heat caused by machine discharge easily to extend the machine using life.
Cooper Pipes used for cooling cylinder, they are quite durable than plastic rubber pipes.
Food Grade stainless steel made Cutter cover meet strict food process safety requirements.
