Description:
- The machine body is welded by steel plates with the characteristics of high sensitive of direction-changing, non-contact or non-vacant stroke, and of accuracy being calibrated to 0.02mm.
- It is specially suitable for the calibration of rollers of textile, axles and link levels of automobiles and motorcycles, steel, channels, round bars, angle steels etc.
- It is suitable for the straightening of shaft components and axle sleeve parts as well as the movements of coining and overprinting.
- It mainly applies to the straightening of screw, rack, circular shaft, circular tube, strip steel plate, I-shaped steel, C type steel and welded circular tube as well as the straightening of deformed parts after heat treatment.
- And the pressure, stroke, and speed of axle, motor axle, crankshaft, connecting rod, torsion bar and transmission shaft can be regulated, controlled with easy operating.
- The worker steps on the switch to operate and this equipment straightens and tests with human assistance.
- The accuracy of straightening is between 0.05mm and 0.1mm.
