1. Sheet Processing & Bending

  Steel plate shot blasting/cleaning. ------Shot Blasting Machine

  Steel plate cnc fan shape cutting-------CNC Flame/Plasma cutting machine.

  Beveling Processing -------Groove Milling Machine.

  Bending Processing---------Steel Plate Rolling Machine.

2. Single Section Welding ----One section Longitudinal seam welding

   Related Equipments:

   Lead screw type roller beds/Turning rolls.

   Column & Boom Manipulator

   Some of section need to weld to flange,it need:

   Tilting type rotator

   Column Boom & Manipulator

3. 1+1 Section fit up & inner/outer Circular Seam Welding

  1+1 Fit up system-Fit up turning rolls
