Hot forming air filter media(non-woven)

Hot forming air filter media is made based on needling machine of ordinary PET fiber and ES fiber(low melting point fiber), and it is of uniform thickness and can be cut into different thicknesses according to customers’ demands. After high-temperature forming, the Jiujiu hot forming air filter media produced by Jiujiu Filter is of good ventilation property for the air filtration, uniform holes and high dust holding, and the filtration efficiency reaches 99.99%. The frame of the filter element is of smooth, hard and stretchy surface. Jiujiu filter cloth is widely used in China FAW Toyota’s vehicle filters.
