This equipment adopts the SAW welding technology method,
which is used to weld the cylinder actuator: push the spring into the cylinder(workpieces),hold tightly the cap with hydraulic tailstock and weld the circular seam between the cap and rim of the cylinder.

Speed controller with inverter control the movement of revolving main shaft; pneumatic mechanism finishes feeding and backing welding gun in the welding position; welding gun oscillation and lifting device ensure the relative position between welding gun and workpiece in the welding process. Adjustable bracket holds the workpiece; the welding tire fixture locates the workpiece. Hydraulic tailstock can overcome Spring force to compress tightly spring chassis and cylinder. PLC control the programming movement of the whole machine.
