Description:
 
This machine can be used for cool or hot filling of fixed quantity and different viscosity liquid powders to containers of different sizes. The operator only needs to place the bottles, then the subsequent processes will be carried out by the machine automatically from inner plug and brush inserting, bottle cap screwing to finished product discharging. The automation saves up a lot of time for plug inserting and bottle cap screwing by manual work that easily causes finger hurt and arise tiredness lead to low efficiency.

When hot filling mode is chosen, the heating temperature and stirring speed are regulable, the temperature is with PID control with a tolerance of +/-0.5oC.
