1. This plastic bottle cola filling line is applied for filling plastic bottle with various carbonated drinks, like Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Soda drink, etc. It adopts imported key components to ensure its safe operation and time-saving. And they are mainly from OMRON, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Siemens and so on.

2. It is made of high quality SUS 304 stainless steel, keeps the machines corrosion-proof and lasting.

3. It is comprised of washer, filler and sealer in one body to decrease main power, save space and diminish the air pollution among the three machines.

4. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine running automatically.

5. It uses frequency changer to control the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.

6. The bottle entry section adopts air conveyor system.

7. The bottle exit section adopts belt conveyor system, which can adjust the speed.
