Description:

This double-nozzle machine is equipped with a 22-liter pressuring and heating double-shell tank for cool or hot filling options. With strong adaptability, this machine is applicable for big or small volume filling.

1. Maximum fill-up is up to 30ml and 2 pieces filling for each time.
2. The piston is driven by servo-motor and electric sliding table for quantitative filling precisely with a tolerance of +/-0.05g. With long service life, it’s easy for installation and cleaning.
3. The 22-liter pressuring and heating double-shell tank is with PID temperature control with a tolerance of +/- 0.5oC and stirring speed regulator.
4. The switching valve is made of special material and driven by rotating cylinder, with precise match, smooth surface, low expansion coefficient, it works smoothly and remains a perfect sealing-up when heated. This solved the problem of the stainless steel valve which tends to get stuck easily when heated due to its high expansivity.
5. Screw apparatus can be equipped for making high-capacity spiral products.
