Working principle of Screw extruder granulator:
SE Screw extruderscrew extruder granulator divided into single-screw (SES) and twin-screw (SET) type, extrusion before discharge and side discharge two. After mixing, kneading and wet materials or low softening point (generally refers to less than 50 degree) material in the screw conveyor under compression from the nose openings template extrusion, drying or cooling of particles finished, thus powder products to achieve change for the purpose of uniform particle products.  Applications: Screw extruder granulator is widely used in rubber chemicals, food additives.
