Description:

This machine is not only suitable for pressing of round tablets from various kinds og granular materials but also pressing of irregular tablets of different geometric shapes. It is particularly suitable for production in small batches. The turntable carries 17(19) sets of punches and dies, and 17(19) tablets can be pressed for each rotation. During operation, the rotation speed of the turntable, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during operation, so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused.
