The gantry crane consists of 6 parts:

- Long traveling driving units,

- Grab and magnet plate.

- The crane is applied in outdoor area, such as stacking of scrap steel at scrap yard, unloading container and loading crap steel onto truck.

- Duty Classification ISO A8. Life of equipment – 30 years.

- Working environment: outdoor scrap steel yard. Protection against heavy dust, wet weather and erosive substance incorporated. Qualified for heavy duty work.

General working procedure

-  Unload the scrap in the container

• Trolley A & B lift up container by the 2 synchronized hook. Then one hook moves up. So the container tilted and the crap steel inside falls out

• Grab & magnet plate for scrap handling
