Boil dry is lack of water in the tank, If the water level sensor broken after long time use, It will lost the its detective and no feel of the water level. The heating element will get the wrong order from the broken water level sensor and then start to heat. It is very dangerous if without our boil dry protection. This function is so important to us. So once the temperature of the water tank reaches to the limit, the power will off automatically.
