Description:

1. This beverage mixing equipment is easy to operate with buttons. It adopts famous foreign key spare parts to keep operation stable and less loss.

2. It is fit for manufacturing all kinds of carbonated drinks. It can adjust the production capacity and proportion of water and syrup carbon dioxide and is the main part of the beverage production line.

3. It is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, making it anti-corrosion, durable, easy cleaning and good look.

4. PLC controls the pressure in the tanks and the liquid level of this mixer automatically. Any mistake occurs, the alarm lamp will be on and the alarm will ring, then the machine will stop automatically.

5. One mixing process is adopted, so the mixture is even. The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled by measuring needle valve with fine regulation. Its precision can reach about 5%.

6. The mixer adopts vacuum deoxygenating technology at normal-temperature. Its deoxygenating ratio reaches above 90%. It has a baffle heat exchanger to cool the sugar-water mixture and carry out twice carbonating. So it has high carbon content.
