Description:

This machine is mainly for filling lipstick in traditional metal tubes, and cold filling lip gross, lip balm and so on.

1. 12 nozzles enable 12 pcs filling at one time, 6 nozzles machine is also available.
2. Piston filling system driven by servo-motor with parameter settings to increase the product stability.
3. The mold is with lift function and driven by servo-motor with parameter settings to increase the product stability.
4. The 22 liter pressuring and heating double-shell tank is with PID temperature control with a tolerance of ±0.5oC and stirring speed regulator.
5. The stirring apparatus in the tank is driven by motor to avoid glitter or pearl shine sedimentation.
6. Rotary switch driven by cylinder.
7. Maximum fill-up is 14ml.
8. Fill-up tolerance is +/-0.05g.
