Electric Ball Valve

Summary

Electric ball valve is a rotary ball valve in 90°rotation, well sealing, big flow capacity, small fluid

resistance, simple structure, convenient to maintain, long life, the valve channel is the same size as

the link caliber,link together ,so the medium has hardly loss when passing through. With AOX high

performance electric actuator, it can be used for occasion which is strict with sealing, besides

controlling gas, liquid and steam, it controlling waste water and some mediums contain fiber impurity

aptly. AOX electric flange ball valve widely applies to petroleum, chemical industry, light industry,

paper making, power plant, refrigeration and other fields.

Features 

1. Small fluid resistance, the fluid resistance of ball valve(including reduced ball valve) is least

among valves.

2. Valve stem operate flexibly for long term as the thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of

valve stem.

3. Well sealing for valve seat, with PTFE material gasket ring ,easy to seal, moreover, the sealing

performance of ball valve raises along with the increase of medium pressure.

4. Reliable sealing performance of valve stem, the stuffing sealing of valve stem is not easily to be

destroyed, as the valve stem only do rotary motion, but not heaving motion, more, the sealing

performance raises along with the increase of medium pressure.

5. Well self-lubricating for PTFE, little friction loss with valve body, so long life for ball valve.

6. The valve stem and the stem head installed from bottom of sleeve, prevent valve stem from

blowing out, for example, fire will destroy the sealing of the valve stem, and form metalic contact

between the stem head and the valve body, to ensure the sealing performance of the valve stem.
