Fractory Introduction
Xander Automotive stamping tooling founded since 1998, Xander specialized in metal stamping tooling design and manufacture completed set. We also support fabrication for customer need as well. We are location at Tangxia town Dongguan city the distance to Shenzhen airport about 40 mins drive, to Guangzhong 100 mins. Our factory covers area of 6,000 square meters, and converges over 150 employees. Year 2009, we get the ISO9001 2008 certification. We are preparing for the TS16949 certification for 2013.
Xander bring in new technology equipment and with excellent management to continuously improvement and support customer needs. With experience designers in metal forming simulation analysis. Xander is one of the largest tooling manufacture at Tangxia area specialized in automotive parts, photoelectric products, home appliance etc. Monthly, we can manufacture more than 130 to 150 sets tooling that suitable for press tonnage 110T to 600T, the largest size can reach 3600*1500mm. 60% to 70% of our tooling mainly for exporting to Europe, America, Asia other also for domestic in China.
