1. According to the installation diagram below, pipeline pressure valve should be ≤ 0.4mpa.In order to prevent stopping up and scratching tubes bundle from impurities, it should be installed easily maintenance of the filters in front of the heat exchanger and installed steam trap on exit.

2. Required the installation for multiple sets, it can be installed in parallel connection. Consideration should be given to concentrate steam for hours in steam header and all the branch as an independent system for the steam. Exhaust can also be in series, but it is definitely not allowed to be connected to exit of metal heat exchanger so as to avoid walling up from exit and bursting on tube bundle of teflon heat exchanger

3. It should be deal with the production of the corresponding devices separately in order to prevent the bashed from workpieces and plate. We can process protect devices for our clients, or providing the protection of aircraft drawings to meet the clients’ requirements. 

4. When the temperature is at zero degree C below in winter, it must be clean out condensed water inside the heat exchange to prevent freezing then breaking down the tube bundle from factories’ holidays. 

5. Shell and tube heat exchanger installation please refer to the instructions and technical agreements. Please operate in strict accordance with the following conditions when it’s finish installation and testing machine:

Step one: Open corrosive fluid circulating pump inside the tube bundles of fluoroplastics heat exchanger. Working circulate pressure ≤ 0.45 mmPa

Step two: Open the cycle of heating (or cooling cycle) and water pumps outside the shell - tube outside. Working pressure ≤ 0.4mpa

Step three: When it’s working, pressure inside tube bundles of heat exchanger ≥ heating and cooling cycle of water pressure. The purpose is to prevent the extrusion from the pressure inside tube shell is higher than inside the tube bundles.
