All of our dental crucible are made with fused silica ,which is quartz sand fused at 2200 degee with an high purity .Fused silica has many useful physical characteristics wihich justify its use in the manufature of dental crucibles:

1. Very low thermal expension ,which confers to our crucibles a very good thermal shock resistance.

2. Low sensibility to metallic oxides ,which assure a long term resistance against corrosion by dental alloys.

All our crucibles for flame melting are made in fused silica.

All dental alloys can be fused in these ceramic crucibles ,excepted titanium.

They are used in various dental casting machine , for examples , Kerr , UGIN , Degussa ,

Bego ,etc.
