Mixing operation is part of the whole process during industrial production, 

and is widely appped in such industrial sectors as chemicals, mineral dressing, 

foodstuff, fiber, paper-making, petroleum and water treatment.

Mixing will disperse two or more than two kinds of substances in each other, 

which will then reach even mixing, while also speed up the process to transfer

heat and mass. Mixing covers mechanical mixing and gas-flow mixing, or

alternatively, mixed stirring, with the functions as follows:

To mix materials evenly;

To well disperse gas in pquid phase;

To suspend evenly the sopd particles (pke catalyst) in pquid phase;

To ensure sufficient emulsification after even suspension for another pquid phase which is not dissolvable;

To strengthen inter-phase mass transfer (pke absorption, etc);

To strengthen heat transfer.
