Mineral Processing Industry Rotary Vacuum Filter Disc for Gold Ore
High yield, product quality, and higher product dryness without thermal drying, combined with low production costs, environmental protection, and efficient dewatering of mineral ore tailings, provide producers of bulk materials, metals, and coal with a decisive competitive edge.
General information
Disc vacuum filter is a soild-liquid separation equipment, which is separating solid from liquid through vacuum as filter power.
ZPG series metal mining disc vacuum filter fully draw on the advantages of similar foreign models for metal mineral density, the settlement quickly, with solid particles of the filtrate filtrate tube shocks and strong features, for the overall performance and the various components comparability between the optimal design, to ensure that the metallic minerals gain a good indicator of dehydration in the solid-liquid separation.
Disk Vacuum Filter — Application
Disc vacuum filter can be used for floating and dewatering in clean coal and fine materials like tailings, and it can be also used in metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, sewage treatment, and other aspects of the solid-liquid separation.
Your benefits
Large filter area per disc
Optimized hydraulic efficiency
Fast and easy filter cell replacement
Reduced energy consumption
Optimized filter cloth fastening
Discharge of very small filter cakes
100% product discharge
The vacuum pipes are lined with ceramic materials, so more wear-resistant and long work life.
How the mining dewatering filter works?
When the machine working, the filter disc circles clockwise in the slurry tank. With the help of different pressure generated by vacuum pump, the particles are absorbed on the cloth of the disc and forming a filter cake with a certain thickness. Mixer rotation prevent solids’ precipitation at the same time. When the cake leaves from the liquid surface of slurry tank, the dehydration is going on, also with the help of vacuum pump.
At last, the filter cake will fall down under the pressure of the strong reverse vacuum air from the shaft pipe.
