Composed by tank, gear box, mixer and butterfly valve

3,The mixer is welded by steel pipe, steel plate, mixing shaft.

4,Slurry discharging is controlled by pneumatic butterfly valve.

d)  Working principle

The storage tank used for store the waste slurry after mixing, it stops the waste slurry by solidification. The waste slurry shall mix in the tank. The mixing power is helical gear box. The gear box rotate clockwise, mixing shaft and mixer rotate accordingly, the waste slurry get sufficient mixing, eliminate the solidification situation, the discharge of the waste slurry is controlled by the pneumatic butterfly valve.
