Product Information:
- Florfenicol is an antibiotic currently indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) associated with Mannheimia (Pasteurella) haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, and Haemophilus somnus, for treatment of bovine interdigital phlegmon (foot rot, acute interdigital necrobacillosis, infectious pododermatitis) associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum and Bacteroides melaninogenicus.
- Florfenicol is used in livestock for bacterial disease of the swines and chicken caused by sensitive bacteria. It has a good effect on the following disease: Pleural pheumonia, pasteurellosis, streptococcosis in fowl, the infectious serositis, mycoplasmasis, colibacillosis, pasteurellosis in duckling, fowl cholera, infectious rhinitis etc.
