Description:

Traditional sharpening stone (2000# and 5000#)  featrues double-sided White Corundum Sharpening Design, applies coarse and fine sharpening.

Customized sharpening stone sizes and shapes are available to address your needs. 

1. 2000 grit sharpening stone: Coarse sharpening for a blunter blade

Moderate sharpening angle and moderate pressure, sharpening forward will lead to the best sharpening effect.  

2. 5000 grit sharpening stone:  Fine honing for knife polishing and maintenance.

A necessary step for the burrs elimination. sharpening  approximately once a week at least is recommended.
