Introduction

A crane lifts a big bag above the frame of EDS-2 series of dump station. Then the crane lowers the big bag down slowly. During lowering down, a cross-shaped knife cut the bottom of the big bag and material inside falls down by gravity into the storage bin. In this way, discharging is completed. This station can protect production environment, reduce workers` working intensity, and increase production efficiency. It can solve the problems of agglomeration due to damp, and material building-up during big bag discharging.
