Double color mould


We supply double color mould, two color mould, bi injection mould, as well as two color injection machine, bi injection machine. Double color mold has several designs according to different bi injection machine, and it is more difficult than common plastic mould.

Normal double color mould is rotating injection, cavity is immovable and core side will rotating with injection machine plate. But for some simple product, rotating is to slow, and it could not meet large production quantity. So injection machine manufactures develop some special injection molding machine to meet different color requirement. Meanwhile, mould manufactures make the mould according to the product design and machine parameter.
