Usage:

1. Santard knives sharpening.

Put the knife into the V-Shaped Tungsten Carbide sharpening slot for quick sharpening, pulling back with moderate pressure will lead to the best result.

Put the knife into the V-shaped Ceramic Shapening rods slot for honing/polishing, also pulling back. Repeat this action for 4-5 times. Sharpening approximately once a week at least is recommended.

2. Serrated knives sharpening.

Place the tapered sharpening diamond onto your serrated knife, sharpening back and forth with a moderate pressure.

3. Cleaning

After sharpening, clean the knife with wiper or water, and the sharpener with a soft brush or a damp cloth.

Caution:

Never sharpen scissors with this knife sharpener.

To avoid any accidents, the knife sharpener should be away from children.
