The slider and driver housing of the bench vise are mold casted prior to assembly, without any further machining for the slider or driver housing, zero production error, high accuracy and superb clamping power.

All components are mold casted with precision components, supporting points forming efficient support; include adjustable grip and nut to operate in coordination of assembly without any secondary machining process, resulted outstanding clamping power, smooth operation and strength saving.
The mold casted heavy duty ductile iron (FCD55) together with our unique technique enhances quality, simplifying production process and prolonging lifespan, they are able to withstand strong impact, will not break or deformed for many years of use.

Our channel system are not using secure pin fixation, unlike others are using secure pin for the driving components; such can easily out of shape after short while, creates progressive gap, alignment problem or unable to have proper closure.
