Restricted traditional making are using about a few tiny protruding points to serves as guiding track for its slider; taken into consideration of the reality pounding need in work, we have revamp the structure of our vises to prolong the life span of the unit so that it has good closure and clamping power.

The slider and driver housing of the bench vise are mold casted and having up to 100% of close accuracy, various supporting points formed efficient supporting surface resulted almost ten times of wear-resistant compared to vises produced by traditional method.

The bench vise is a mold casted product made of heavy duty ductile iron (FCD55), it has the ability to withstand strong impact, will not break or deformed for many years, and our unique production technique enhances quality, simplifying production process and prolonging product's lifespan.

The slider and driver housing of the bench vise are mold casted prior to assembly, without any further machining for the slider or driver housing, zero production error, high accuracy and superb clamping power.
