Introduction

Mesh-vibrating sifter has similar structure and function with the Hi-Cline Screener in Rotex, and it is suitable for material’s classification,especially for the loose material and fine particles. Mesh-vibrating sieve is  designed and manufactured autonomously by absorbing the American’s advanced technology experience, its vibrating source is electromagnetic high frequency vibrating, which makes screen and screen frame oscillating, so as to realize the material classification. The amplitude of the sieve machine is adjustable.

The screen deck has its powerful self-cleaning ability, high screening efficiency and large capacity of material processing, especially for screening, grading, dewatering of fine powder particle. The deck consists of three different layers of the flexible screen, according to the difference of screening technology, thus confirming the different mesh size.

The screen machine vibrating specification controlled by PLC, which controls the system of every vibration system’s vibrating parameter,at the same time, it also sets intermittent strong instantaneous vibration function,which is for cleaning sieve,and keeping the mesh not blocked.

The angle of installation can be adjusted easily, in order to fit the nature of material and different screening operation.

Working principle

1.the deck vibration frequency is 50Hz,amplitude is 1-2mm,it has very high vibration intensity, it can reach 8-10 times gravitational acceleration, which is 2-3 times to the ordinary sifter vibration intensity. Vibrators fixed on the screen box, the vibrator flexible system is balanced with the exciting reaction force on the screen box, so the screen box is not moving. The exciting force drives the vibration system shake the deck. The machine is supported by rubber damping spring, dynamic load is very tiny,and need not special foundation, and it can be random installed.

2.The deck consists of three different layers of the flexible screen, the bottomed mesh is made of rope-core polyurethane mesh, trawl formed by hook plate on both ends tight, and contacted with exciting device directly. Composite mesh is paved on tow-net, and it comprised of two-layer bonded stainless steel mesh. The top of composite mesh has contacted the material directly, its bottom mesh size is much more bigger than the top mesh, the bottom mesh contacts the tow-net, thus reducing the working mesh wear. The working mesh aperture ratio is very high, and it has certain rigidity, and it is easy to install, then improving the service life of the screen.

3.In general, for dry sieving, the angle of installation is 35°±5°, but or dressing wet screening, the angle of installation is 25°±3°.

Application

Mesh-vibrating sifter is widely applied to phosphate industry, coal industry, mineral industry chemical, recycling industry and so on.

Industrial minerals are naturally occurring compounds that are mined and used as they are with minimal processing or beneficiation (activating).  Today minerals have a bewildering array of commercial and industrial uses.  After mining, the most important next steps for processing are crushing and screening the mineral to a useful size for the application, for export, or for further refining and processing for the Chemical Industries, which puts J&H right in the middle. Common minerals being processed by mesh-vibrating screen are bentonite, industrial sand and roofing granules, salts, potash and other minerals used in the fertilizer industry.
