Thickness of limestone in board feeder is related with the geometric shape of discharging hopper, material size and state. When we make the project design, we should have a pre-judging in mind. To leave enough space for auxiliary materials, we demand that limestone pile should not be too thick. Height of great wheel in auxiliary feeder should also meet this demand.

According to the pre-judging material height, we can confirm the horizontal distance between great wheel of feeder and medial axis of stone crusher machine. The final purpose is to make the loads on two wheels be basically similar. Discharging hopper of stone crusher plant should be in vertical.

To design it like this, we want to reduce the adhering amount of materials. Width of belt conveyor should also meet this demand. On-line analyzer should work on the horizontal belt with angle smaller than 18°. On-line analyzer can work with any kinds of belt. But, since chemical compound on some belts can bring negative influence on the analyzing performance, we should deal the influence according to the detailed appliance environment.

In general, it is not advisable to use steel-cored belt or chloric belt. But, very little steel wire can not bring the remarkable influence on working performance of analyzer. To protect the bracket of on-line analyzer from being damaged, we recommend the sulfide precipitation method for you to treat the belt connections.

Belt load can influence the performance of analyzer. Meanwhile, it is one of the factors that are recognized as important. If load on belt is little, measurement accuracy of analyzer will be influenced. Price list is on website!
