| Working principle | vibrating screen for fertilizer have motor, reducer, drum gear, rack, cover gasket, inlet and outlet.The roller device is installed on the rack inclinedly.Motor by the reducer connect with roller device through a shaft coupling, driving roller device rotation around its axis.When the materials enter the cylinder device, due to the tilting and turning roller device, materials turn and roll on the screen,the qualified materials (below screen) is discharged through outlet at the bottom, and unqualified materials (on screen)are discharged by outlet at the end of cylinder. |
