The SVG02K thin sheet V GROOVING MACHINE made by our company is specially used in top-grade architectural decoration industry, which consists of worktable, beam and sliding framework. The worktable is fixed. While beam is controlled by servo motor, through ball screw’s accessory drive, it can move forward /backward along with linear rolling guide, to ensure V groove’s space when groove cutting. And sliding framework makes right to left movement, which finishes grooving and cutting’s main motion and its speed is controlled by frequency controller. The blade holder is controlled by servo motor to go up and down, which can reaches grooving and cutting’s depth. And pneumatic unit locates, clamps sheet, and cooling through fog lubrication when cutting to ensure sheet’s quality and blade’s longevity.
