CNC controlled front feed hydraulic shear is used for high accuracy sheet cutting. the thin and big size sheet metal can be curved during cutting, because of plate size and gravity. the CNC front feed machine had pneumatic clamps to hold the plate. front feed is equipped with big stroke ball screw to make sheet cutting fast and accurate. The shearing machine can't be equipped with back gauge any more. Double positioning can make damage in shear accuracy.
