Vacuum abrasive recycle machine ERB-HSF is specailly designed to be used together with portabl blast machines, for recovery and recycling the abrasive, reduce the abrasive consumption, eliminate sweeping and minimize abrasive disposal costs. It is generally used for cleaning or bulk suction in any industrial application wherer high capacity is required tgether with flexibillity, mobility, reliableility.

Vacuum revocery machine consists of followings

• Vacuum module: Powerful vacuume pumps to produce maximum vacuum to convey abrasive over typical distance and revers pulse dust collector to ensure dust emission complance with local requirement during abrasive recovery and classification.
• Cyclone separator: to recycle and classfy the abrasive. One 150L abrasive storage hopper fitted under reclaimer. only clean properly sizes abrasive reach this bottom hopper.
• Cartridge filter dust collector, manually dust cleaning.
• Suction hose with head assembly.
• Electrial control unit.
• Cart.
