Applications:

The XMG-80 Marble Gang Saw is applicable to processing large marble slabs .Its structure is compact and reasonable, it adopts the raising frame to carry up the marble block, and adopts the saw frame to drive the saw blade horizontally ,fast and reciprocally ,to cut the marble block. Up to 80-90 saw blades can be installed on the saw frame, thus finishing all the cutting of the whole block just with one cuter feeding.

The max. Size of the block is 3200 mm × 2000 mm × 2000 mm. It adopts PLC controlling system; the user-friendly working interface makes the operation simpler, ensuring that the machine is working under the constant power state.

1.       The main motor adopts a high-efficiency energy-saving motor that can work in the fully

loaded condition for a long time. The advanced saw frame guiding mechanism (V-type guiding rail) makes the saw frame in a long time stable running state. Its guiding precision and movement stability is up to the international advanced standard.

2.       It adopts large scale flying wheel to increase the running stability and save electricity and

ensure high quality and efficiency. It adopts PLC control to make the motor run in a constant power state. The block elevation speed can be automatically adjusted according to the stone material hardness.

3. We adopts Japanese NSK brand for the main bearing to make sure a long service life and excellent performance.

4 .Double connecting rod changes the traditional single connecting rod way to make sure the high efficiency.

5. The saw blade is tightened with a constant force by hydraulic tensioner.
