Working principle
|
The pre-stressed tensioning system consists of system mainframe, pump station and tension cylinders. System mainframe collects the required stress information and sends signal to pump station, to control valve, velocity of flow, oil flow, and pressure. Then drive tension cylinders move synchronously. Meanwhile Pressure measurement sensor and tension displacement sensor continually provide real-time data to system mainframe for analysis and adjustment, so as to achieve required tension and elongation.
