The theory:
The PVC,PE,Tent,Tarpaulin also PVC materials.As their different model,thickness,color, they have different melting point. When the temperature of the hot air welding machine can reach the melting point, they would be melted. And then the machine go through the materials with the weight press wheel. It will be joint together strongly.
How to judge the quality of the hot air welding machine: As we discuss above, now we should know the most important thing is the temperature. For example, one kind of material's melting point is 380degree,that we should set the temperature of the machine at 380degree. It will be a good result if the actual temperature is also just 380degree. However, if the actual temperature over the set temperature very much,for example, if it reach 420 degree,it will damage the materials; If the actual temperature below the set temperature very much, for example, if it just 330degree, it can not reach the melting point, so it can not melt the materials totally,so it can not joint very strong,It will easy to be put out.
The advantage of our welding machine: We use the industry temperature control board and equipped with feedback sensor, It can test the actual temperature of the heat gun every moment,that can keep the temperature constant,the temperature fluctuation be controlled within ±1degree. For example,we also set temperature at 380degree,so the actual temperature will float between 379—381degree.It is sure won't influence the melt result. So it tally void the weld damage or the wear result. That is also our machine is very popular in this industry and be high proud of our clients.
Operation
1. Make the cloth for seaming flat and put it underneath.Fix both ends by adhesive tape or something else.
2. The overlap width of the two pieces is about 3-mm, the width of the nozzle of hot seaming machine.
3. Put the machine nozzle between two overlap pieces.The press-wheel should be at left side of nozzle.The nozzle also need align with side of upper piece of cloth.
4. Switch on the motor power and then adjust speed.
5. Turn on the movement switch.
6. Press heating power key to adjust temperature.
7 Turn the bar by anticlockwise to fix the position to startup automatic movement.The machine will go along with the overlap path by itself.
8. Turn the bar by clockwise to cease the automatic work.
9. The operator should control the moving direction and make sure the nozzle connect both with upper and under piece of cloth.
Maintain
1.Clean the nozzle with copper brush.
2.Clean the air inlet with soft bristle brush.
3.Clean the power cord and plug to avoid any mechanical damage.
Preparation before using the machine
1.You should adjust the temperature and speed according to the thickness of your materials
2.Fix the cloth on the smooth ground to make sure the best result.
