The production line realizes continuous production of PC/PE/PP hollow grid plate, which is applicable to construction decoration, advertisement collocation, and noise insulation of highway as well as packaging.
PE/PP hollow grid plate is an indeal substitute for paper box in making packaging box. It is characterized by light weight, high intensity, dampproof, and anticorrosion.
The width of the products is 1220mm-2100mm, and the thickness is 2mm-12mm.
PP hollow sheet applications:
1) Transportation and packing containers.
2) Form lining board for suitcase or luggage.
3) Sign board, advisement board, building fixture and frame.
4) Antistatic or insulating container for electronics
You can use different extrusion die and calibration moulds with relevant extruding screw to produce different sheet like PE, PP, PC or PVC etc.
