Description
The equipment,based on the European model which is rail guided with high-accuracy mold plate movement,adopt oil cylinder drivers gear rack to realize the direct clamping of the mould,the advantage is swift speed and dainty movement.It can be used for the production of small size extrusion products with volumes below 1L,such as toys,milk bottles,medicine bottles,oil boxes,and packaging barrels for lubricant oil.

· Control system
   It adopts Siemens PLC,and offers highly reliable industry scale human computer interface,with both Chinese and English
   instructions,Its operations can be monitored and malfunctions alarmed.Professional software is provided,with an
   integrated,dependable system easy for operation and maintenance.Its servo system uses Japanese MOOG30
   controller,equipped with Japanese MOOG G63103006B high quality servo valves controlled by imported close
   loop electronic rulers.It offers real-time
   response,precise and smooth control,and can display the tracking curve.
· Hydraulic system
   A control system featuring proportional energy saving double pumps is
   adopted.Hydraulic components include imported directional
   valves,and imported VQ35 super-silent oil pumps.It uses Japanese NOK seals and aircraft quality servo valves.The system is
   energy saving,stable ,quick at responding and long lasting. Unattached servo oil source system is equipped.
· Die-head
   Advanced flow passage structures are adopted,ensuring even intensity of fusants after blending.Extrusion
   speed:0.2-2.0kg/s,depending on the size of die heads.The quality of extrusion:0.5kg.Material:38CrMoALA, 42CrMoV and
   35CrMo,which receive precise treatment after heating.
· Extrusion system
   Diameter :65.Length/diameter ratio:24/1.Material of cylinders and screw:38CrMoALA nitrated steal. Thickness of the
   surface layer is 0.4-0.6mm and its hardness HV900.
· Reducer
   Hard tooth face gear grinding reducer with 39 trust bearing.
