Using

Connecting two pipes of the same or different nominal diameter so that the pipe can turn in  90 °, 45 °, 180 °, and various degrees.

Bending radius less than or equal to 1.5 times of the pipe diameter belongs to elbow, greater than 1.5 times pipe diameter belongs to the bend pipe.
