Heavy Duty Flat Bar Finishing Machine, Membrane Panel Production Line

Fin-bar calibration cutting off production line consists of coil reel rack, flat steel calibration machine (including the horizontal correcting, bending straightening and fixed-length devices) cutting machine and force-feeding conveyors. This production line is one of the key equipments to ensure the welding quality of the membrane wall, mainly used in flat steel’s pre-heater before welding membrane wall tube panel, to ensure the welding quality. Tempered discal-shaped fin-bar processed through this production line, according to the size of the tube to calibration the flat steel, then horizontal correcting and bending straightening to meet the requirement of the front welding , and last according to the length of pipe to cut off.

    In order to make the tempered flat steel to calibration smoothly, pre-horizontal correcting device is equipped in the calibration wheel.

• Adopting secondary calibration.
• Using five roller leveling method, in which two rolls take the initiative to roll.
• Using five roller straightening ways, in which two rolls take the initiative to roll.
• The fixed-length flat steel device equipped with pulse encoder, to scale the length of the flat steel.
• Force-feeding conveyors of flat steel, whose transmission speed 8m/min

Fixed-length flat steel cutting off production line using imported PLC as a control unit. With strong anti-interference and stable performance.
