HYZ-4Isolation type positive pressure oxygen respirator is the device that used for respiratory protection when rescuing,to prevent hurt from the harmful gas,has the feature of Safe and reliable, comfortable, convenient operation .

Working principle

1.After opening the oxygen bottle ,high pressure gas changed into medium pressure gas by decompressor,the medium pressure gas one way go through demand valve,the other way go into Low pressure system through  quantitative hole .When the body is in medium intensity of labor,to meet human demand for oxygen through quantitative supply.With the increase of human labor intensity,When the pressure in the air reaches demand opening pressure,the  spring clamp contact the demand valve,the demand valve opening,the  oxygen inflated into the air bag  by  theMedium - pressure gas  to meet the demand for oxygen in the body,Positive pressure formation in the system rely on the spring clamp compressed air and oxygen effective supplied by  demand valve ,make the respiratory system always maintain positive pressure .

2.The low pressure gas in the airbag  go into the mask through suction cooling device, the suction, suction valve,the exhaled gas in masks go into airbag through exhalation valve/Exhale Pipe /the clean tank,When the exhaled gas increase gradually,Positive pressure spring is compressed,at the  same time .the spring clamp position gradually rise,When the pressure in the respiratory system reaches (400 ~ 700) Pa,Exhaust valve plates opened by spring bearer plate,then the  exhaust valve start working ,when the amount of breath change range （10~50）L/min,Respiratory pressure always automatic regulated by demand valve,Exhaust valves .
