1.Application
Y81 series of hydraulic metal baler also named hydraulic metal compactor are mainly used in recycling companies, steel plants, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press the metal scraps into acceptable fumace charges or shapes(cuboid, cylinder or octagon), convenient for storing, and can reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, increase speed of fumace charging.
2.Features of the metal baler:
1) Hydraulic drive , manual control or PLC control.
2) No footing bolts needed in installation;
3)diesel engine can be equipped or generator for power.
3) Baling force 10 grades from 100 to 630 tons;
3) Productivity from 12 to 150 tons per shift (8 hours)
4)High effeciency, and less power comsumption
5) Bale-discharging: turn-out or push-out .
6) The chamber box size and bale size can be customized.
7)The two sides of knives on the chamber box if customer request.
