Description:

1. Three-layer co-extrusion technologies PVC foam pipe extrusion line is mainly composed of two conical twin-screw extruders; composite co-extrusion die head, negitive pressure diameter calibration, Water circulating spraying Cooling system, Haul-off cutting instrument,etc.Strictly production under the technical process.

2. Two conical twin-screw extruders ensure PVC well plasticization and high productivity.

3. Composite co-extrusion head,for producing core layer foaming pipe,optional spiral through and constant velotity rotating mandrel are used for hollow wall internal spiral pipe.

4. Haul-off mode:double-caterpillar,upper caterpillar movable,cylinder clamping,directly connected reducer driving caterpillar,frequency converter from abroad.Cutting mode:PLC control system,constant length setpiont,automatic cutting.
