Descrition:
 
       1. R35-1000 panel forming machine is used in South America and North Amrica.We have engaged in     designing and supplying the this machine since 2010 .With stable performance and good forming product,we gained good reputation from our customers .

2. We adopts 26 forming stations with Torri stands and 10T hydraulic decoiler and superonice sensor control to sychronize the speed between the roll forming machine and decoiler .
3. The main machine power is 22kw ,Siemens motor made in China and the motor has the device to prevent against overheat .
4. The rollers materials is 45#,quenched HRC48--52,chrome on the surface of the rollers.
5. The main shaft material is 45# steel,fine processment,solid diameter 85mm
6. The whole machine frame is welded by I beam GB standard and milling on the sufrace to gurantee the levelling .
7. We adopt non-stop cutting,also called “flying shear” with servo-motor control and the working speed can reach up to 45m/min and with cutting tolerance wthin +/-2mm Yaskawa servo motor made in Japan,4.4kw
8. We recommend 12m auto-stacker and 6m or 8m is available as well .
9. The power supply requirements is 440v,60hz2ph or according to the customer’s local standard
10. We install the emergency stop at the cutter and coil entry point as well the yellow safety guard .
