Description:

This adopts semiautomatic control, and don’t need adjust when working. The volume of water is 3000KG. It will cost 1 hour and 20 minutes to heat from 20 degree to 70 degree. So please heat in advance.

Considering the different dirty condition of the material, please add suitable NaOH. Because the scrap will flow out together with some alkali, it will affect the washing condition.

Applications:

Principle: put in hot water in pot, and put in 2-5% NaOH and active material in the water. The scrap with stir together with the water by the paddle, and scrap with friction together to solve the impurity and cementing material. Then dirties will drop from the bottle. This is called hot washer.
