3. The rollers materials is 45# forge steel ,hard chromed,0.05mm .shafts material is 45#steel,diameter 70mm

      4. We adopt hydraulic cutting ,hydraulic power3KW.cutting tolerance +/-1.5mm

Cutting pressure max 12Mpa ,cutting blade material:Cr12,quenched

      5. We adopt PLC control,Simense.Panasonic,Mitsubishi as options as well ,Yaskawa inverter speed control,Omron encoder measures the length .MSG touch screen made in Taiwan,size:152x68mm

      6. Size of machine: approx 6.5m*1.0m*1.4m and yellow safety cover and emergency stop is installed at the cutter and feeding point
